  An alumnus of the prestigious Delhi College of Engineering, Mukul possesses a deep understanding of construction technologies and efficient project management procedures. During his tenure with reputed corporations such as Mahindra GESCO (now Mahindra Lifespaces), DLF and Moser Baer, he was credited with steering the development of some of the most distinguishable and iconic developments in northern India.

  With a career spanning over almost three decades, Mukul has acquired an enviable blend of technical knowledge and skill to build state-of-the-art developments and the business acumen to turn them into successful commercial ventures. Mukul's experience in delivering projects across asset-classes within challenging timeframes and his exposure to several facets of the industry, lend themselves to his role as the custodian of the company's project development team.

• Vipin Chopra

  Chief Operating Officer – Management Services (Facility Management)

  Vipin is an ex-central government engineering professional, with more than 23 years of extensive, in-depth experience in the field of construction engineering, technical audit/ evaluation, administration, maintenance and various other technical and non-technical operations across the country. He has held important appointments and handled independent assignments in construction and maintenance, thereby gaining an unmatched understanding of formulating, planning, directing and managing all aspects of construction engineering, project management, facility management, contract management, HVAC/ MEP works, man-management, administration, financial operations and various other logistical tasks.

• Mamta Dutt

  Head- Human Resource

  Focus on the company’s business, build relationships, be a facilitator and coach- Mamta recognises the need to be able to use all these three approaches to build credibility for her HR domain in this extremely dynamic market. With 16 years of experience, Mamta has done her PhD in Human Behaviour, MBA in Human Resource and a Masters in Labour Law and has lead HR with companies such as Orange Renewable Power, Vatika Limited, Kingfisher Airlines & UB Beer. Experience in varied industries has given her a unique insight into high-functioning real estate HR. The future at Alpha Corp is all about the marshalling of intangible assets, skills, knowledge and communication – areas Mamta excels at. Strategic in outlook, self-assured, keen to set the agenda, adaptable and with an uncanny ability to make quick, well-considered decisions: these are qualities that Mamta champions as the HR partner. She says her team- made up of HR business partners who oversee compensation and benefits, organizational development, and recruitments—are the true business partners steering organisation towards success.

• Kamal Dua

  Sr. General Manager – Business Development

  A civil engineering professional with a career spanning over almost three decades, Kamal has acquired profound technical knowledge and also indisputable business acumen when it comes to the real estate industry. He started his career with Ansal Properties & Industries Ltd. with some of the state-of- the-art residential & commercial developments at Connaught Place, New Delhi. He continued his progress with Dalmia International and Usha Group in financial and market feasibility analysis, statutory liaison, project financing and business development. Kamal joined Alpha Corp in 2006 and since then has led the organisation's business development department. At Alpha Corp, Kamal's responsibilities include business development, analysing new projects, assessing financial feasibility and statutory liaising.
