  An alumnus of the prestigious Delhi College of Engineering, Mukul possesses a deep understanding of construction technologies and efficient project management procedures. During his tenure with reputed corporations such as Mahindra GESCO (now Mahindra Lifespaces), DLF and Moser Baer, he was credited with steering the development of some of the most distinguishable and iconic developments in northern India.

  With a career spanning over almost three decades, Mukul has acquired an enviable blend of technical knowledge and skill to build state-of-the-art developments and the business acumen to turn them into successful commercial ventures. Mukul's experience in delivering projects across asset-classes within challenging timeframes and his exposure to several facets of the industry, lend themselves to his role as the custodian of the company's project development team.

• Kamal Dua

  Sr. General Manager – Business Development

  A civil engineering professional with a career spanning over almost three decades, Kamal has acquired profound technical knowledge and also indisputable business acumen when it comes to the real estate industry. He started his career with Ansal Properties & Industries Ltd. with some of the state-of- the-art residential & commercial developments at Connaught Place, New Delhi. He continued his progress with Dalmia International and Usha Group in financial and market feasibility analysis, statutory liaison, project financing and business development. Kamal joined Alpha Corp in 2006 and since then has led the organisation's business development department. At Alpha Corp, Kamal's responsibilities include business development, analysing new projects, assessing financial feasibility and statutory liaising.
